About the Role As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will be responsible for developing and overseeing individualized ABA treatment plans, supervising Registered Behavior Therapists (RBTs), and collaborating with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success. Your expertise will help shape our therapy programs, ensuring that every child receives the highest quality care and support.
