The Resource Team provides clinical and nursing support and encompasses a broad skill set that enables members to float to various areas in the hospital or clinic. You would provide nursing services through the assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation and documentation of patient care. You would also function as an associate to a charge nurse, and eventually assume charge nurse responsibilities. Current American Heart Association Health Care Provider Basic Life Support (BLS), Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) and Pediatrics Advanced Life Support (PALS) CPR cards, and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) CPR cards. One (1) year of recent acute care registered nurse experience in at least two of the following areas: Pediatrics, Pediatric Emergency Room, Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU), Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) and/or Pediatric Hematology/Oncology, Family Birth Center (L&D), Mother Baby Care Unit (MBCU), Med Surg, Adult Intensive Care Unit (AICU) with the expectation that a third unit is needed to acquire float differential and needs to be completed within one (1) year from date of hire.Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field.EOE/AA/Disabled/VetsHawai'i Pacific Health offers a comprehensive and competitive total rewards package that includes pay and benefits.
