We're seeking dedicated caregivers who are passionate about supporting others and making a difference in their community.
We currently have part-time opportunities available on weekdays and weekends for caring, dependable individuals who are committed to enhancing the lives of those they serve.
Position: Caregiver
As a caregiver, you'll provide one‑on‑one care that matters every day. Your responsibilities will include offering companionship and emotional support, assisting with hygiene and mobility, preparing meals and light housekeeping, providing transportation to appointments or outings, giving medication reminders, and building meaningful connections that foster well‑being.
Benefits That Value You
Competitive pay: $17.00–$18.25/hour (based on experience, CNA, or Dementia Certification) Minimum $27.50 per shift
Training/GUIDE Respite Rate: $17.00/hour
Raises after 60 days + annual reviews
Generous bonus after 60 days (20+ hours/week + required documents completed)
Mileage reimbursement between client visits
CNA School Program opportunity
PPE provided
401(k) with matching
Ongoing training + 24/7 on‑call support
Holiday pay (time and a half)
PTO program (for full‑time employees)

Qualifications
Must be 18 or older
Valid driver's license and car
Eligible to work in the U.S. and able to pass a background check
Experience with dementia or behavioral care (preferred)
Familiarity with hoyer lifts and gait belts (preferred)
