Location: Hialeah, FL (Hybrid after training)
Salary: $95,000 - $120,000 + Discretionary Bonus

Qualifications for the Accounting Manager:

3+ years of full-cycle accounting experience in multi-entity environments
Proficiency with QuickBooks and advanced Microsoft Excel functions
Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
Comfortable in a role without direct reports

Key Responsibilities for the Accounting Manager:

Manage full-cycle accounting activities for multiple entities, including AP, AR, billing, reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance
Prepare journal entries, month-end and year-end close activities, sales tax filings, and financial reporting support
Monitor cash activity, intercompany transactions, and maintain accurate financial records
Provide executive support through calendar management, travel coordination, meeting preparation, and confidential project assistance
Utilize AI tools and accounting technology to automate workflows and improve operational efficiency
Support process documentation, reporting enhancements, and collaboration with external CPA and tax partners
