Job Summary:
The position is for a Medical Surgical Chemotherapy Certified Oncology Nurse located in New York, NY. This outpatient role involves chemotherapy administration and requires candidates to bring their nursing license on the first day. The organization seeks qualified professionals to provide specialized patient care in a fast-paced environment.
Job Details:
- Location: New York, NY
- Schedule: Days shift, Sunday through Saturday, 4x 10-hour shifts per week, with shifts occurring between 7:00 AM and 8:30 PM. Minimum of 38 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license; 1.5 years of chemotherapy administration experience, preferably in outpatient settings; BSN degree; OCNA certification and chemotherapy certification highly preferred.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience accessing central venous catheters (CVCs).
- Additional Information: No weekend or holiday shifts scheduled. Float rotation is not required.
