Director of National Accounts-Specimen Management

Becton Dickinson seeks a Director of National Accounts for Specimen Management to develop and execute growth strategies at strategic customer accounts. The role requires extensive customer engagement with executives and internal collaboration to drive revenue through cross-selling and contract development across the Specimen Management portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute Specimen Management strategy for assigned accounts, identifying growth opportunities and priorities
- Drive cross-selling and contract negotiations across the Specimen Management portfolio with account stakeholders
- Serve as primary liaison between Specimen Management business unit and Strategic Customer Group at account level
- Build and maintain relationships with executive, clinical, and financial stakeholders to identify business opportunities
- Coordinate execution of account strategies with internal commercial teams and ensure compliance with contracts
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business or related discipline
- Minimum 10 years of documented sales success in healthcare products
- Prior people management experience required
- 3–5 years of Specimen Management account management with contract negotiation experience
- Located in or willing to relocate to the Midwest
- Executive-level communication and relationship-building skills
- Strategic thinking and enterprise problem-solving capabilities
