Finance Operations Internship | Undergraduate or Graduate - Summer 2027

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Endeavor Global is seeking a detailed-oriented and enthusiastic team member to support the Finance team in analyzing, documenting, and improving financial processes, with a focus on leveraging AI and automation tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy. The Finance team supports Endeavor’s mission by managing the headquarter’s finance operations, budgeting, and accounting practices. This role will participate in process improvement initiatives across key finance operations such as expense management, budgeting, planning, and reconciliations. The intern will also assist with documenting workflows, supporting system implementations or enhancements, and contributing to ad-hoc projects as needed. This position offers hands-on exposure to finance operations, process optimization, and emerging technologies within a collaborative team environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsibility #1: Analyze and document financial workflows (such as budgeting, forecasting, expense management, and reconciliations) to identify automation opportunities

• Responsibility #2: Work hand-in-hand with the Finance team to pitch, test, and deploy identified solutions that can help replace manual effort

• Responsibility #3: Support the finance team with ad-hoc projects as needed

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS - WHO YOU ARE

• Student Status: Undergraduate rising Junior, rising Senior, or Graduate

• Interests / Areas of Focus:

  • A strong academic background in Business, Finance and/or Accounting

  • Systems and process driven

  • Familiarity with or interest in automation tools

  • Attention to detail

  • Curious and proactive

  • Flexibility and ability to plan and prioritize multiple tasks

  • A passion for economic development and Endeavor's mission

• Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S. We will not be able to interview or select candidates without valid U.S. work authorization for the 2027 year.

HIRING TIMELINE

• Interview process: Interview 1 with Operations Manager. Interview 2 with Hiring Manager and other finance team members. Assessment. Interview 3 with Hiring Manager and other finance team members. Interview 4 final interview.

• Offer extension: November 16, 2026

INTERNSHIP PROGRAM OVERVIEW

The Endeavor Summer Internship Program gives students 10 weeks to do more than just watch from the sidelines. You'll be put side by side with our Headquarters teams in NYC, San Francisco, London, Dubai, or Singapore, owning meaningful projects that move Endeavor forward.

You'll contribute to real work from day one, and by the end of the summer, you'll present it directly to our CEO. You’ll leave with new skills, relationships across 50+ countries, and a much deeper understanding of how entrepreneurship works around the world.

• Program Duration: June 7th, 2027 to August 13th 2027

• Pay: New York State minimum wage ($17/hr), up to 40 hours/week

• Structure: This is a hybrid internship in New York City, with three days per week to be spent at Endeavor Global’s HQ office in Downtown Manhattan
