Marketing Intern
McMillan Pazdan Smith Architecture
We are seeking a motivated and creative Marketing Intern to support our marketing team across a variety of initiatives. This internship offers hands-on experience in digital marketing, campaign execution, content creation, and data analysis while working closely with experienced marketing professionals.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with the administration aspect of preparing proposals, qualifications packages, and marketing presentations (RFQs/RFPs)
- Support the creation and editing of marketing materials, including brochures, project sheets, and resumes
- Organize and curate photography, renderings, and graphic assets
- Conduct market, competitor, or award research as needed
- Assist with event coordination, award submissions, and internal marketing initiatives
- Perform general administrative and organizational support for the marketing team
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, X, etc.)
- Basic understanding of marketing concepts and digital tools
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
