Whether you want to build muscle, reach peak performance, eat more protein-rich foods, or lose weight, we have a product to match.The Opportunity – CBM, TVS and WegmansDue to an internal move, we are hiring a Customer Business Manager who will serve as the strategic leader for The Vitamin Shoppe & Wegman’s businesses, with full accountability for revenue growth, profitability, and long-term customer development. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders across merchandising, category management, supply chain, and executive leadership.Lead annual negotiations, promotional planning, pricing initiatives, and contract discussions.Identify and execute opportunities to expand distribution, assortment, merchandising, and category growth.Utilize syndicated data, customer insights, and market trends to develop strategic recommendations and drive informed business decisions.Partner closely with Marketing, Category Management, Revenue Growth Management, Supply Chain, Finance, and Demand Planning teams to execute customer strategies.Deliver comprehensive business reviews and Joint Business Plans that create mutual value for both customer and company.Manage trade investment and customer P&L performance to maximize profitable growth.Accurately develop forecasts, manage customer budgets, and communicate business risks and opportunities to leadership.Manage broker relationships to maximize sales performance, strengthen customer engagement, and ensure flawless execution against volume, distribution, and profitability targets.Be part of team and bring our core values to life.The Skills you will bring to the teamBachelor's degree with at least 5 years of experience within CPG and/or brokerProficient in utilizing syndicated data (i.e. SPINS, Nielsen, IRI) and trade management systemsStrong forecasting, P&L management and analytical skillsProficiency with MS Outlook, Excel and TeamsThis role is responsible for developing and executing customer strategies, leading Joint Business Planning initiatives, optimizing trade investments, and delivering against key financial objectives. Glanbia provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles; the salary range for this role is $105,000- 145,000 plus car allowance and annual bonus.
