RN/LPN – Full-Time Evenings

Location: Olathe, KS
Shift: Full-Time Evenings, 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM

$5,000 HIRING BONUS

KidsTLC is looking for a compassionate and dedicated RN or LPN to join our nursing team on the 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM evening shift .

In addition to your hourly pay, KidsTLC offers a weekend shift differential for eligible weekend hours , giving you the opportunity to earn more when working weekends.

In this role, you'll provide high-quality nursing care while supporting the physical and emotional well-being of the children and families we serve. You'll work alongside a collaborative team committed to creating a safe, nurturing, and therapeutic environment.

What You'll Do

Provide individualized nursing care and assessments
Administer and manage medications
Monitor clients' physical and emotional health
Coordinate medical and psychiatric care
Educate clients regarding medications and health conditions
Collaborate with providers, nursing leadership, and treatment teams
Help create a safe, supportive environment where children can heal and grow

What We're Looking For

Current Kansas RN or LPN license in good standing
Current CPR certification
Strong communication and clinical nursing skills
Compassion, empathy, and sound clinical judgment
Psychiatric nursing experience preferred
