This role involves providing high-quality care to adult and geriatric patients in a 225-bed specialty care hospital, including units such as Heart & Vascular Institute, Cancer Center, Brain & Spine, and more. The RN will be responsible for critical thinking, decision-making, and working independently in a fast‑paced environment, with a focus on patient safety and clinical excellence. Job Details Shift: Nights (7:00 PM 7:00 AM) with a weekly guarantee of 36 hours. Required Qualifications: Valid RN license, Bachelors degree, 2 years of RN experience in medical/surgical settings, Critical Thinking skills, Ability to work with minimal supervision, ability to handle stressful environments. Preferred Qualifications: Experience on a medical/surgical unit. Shift Hours: 12-hour shifts Minimum Hours Per Week: 36 hours Start Date: 08/31/2026 Location: 850 W Baraga Ave, Marquette, Michigan 49855 Additional Notes: The candidate must be flexible with occasional float requirements to similar units. Scrub code required is Galaxy Blue or Navy. Tattoos must be covered, and personal grooming should adhere to hygiene policies.
