Responsible for the setup, operation, and teardown of a Herdon 80 coiler robot to produce custom spring and wire form parts. Duties include installing and removing tooling, loading material, adjusting machine settings, monitoring production, and inspecting finished parts to meet job specifications.

This is a hands-on role that involves trial and error, creative thinking, and problem-solving as different parts and jobs are assigned. We are looking for someone who wants to work directly with the machine, experiment with different approaches, and develop better ways to produce parts. Your imagination, initiative, and willingness to learn will help drive your success.

The listed pay is a starting rate, with opportunities to earn beyond that rate and advance as your skills, independence, and production performance grow.
