Salary $150,000 - $185,000 per year A Bit About Us Trusted by both national and regional clients, the firm focuses heavily on insurance defense litigation across the state. With a strong regional presence, Roig Lawyers spans six offices across Florida—including locations in Miami, Orlando, West Palm Beach, Tampa, and Tallahassee—and employs over 60 attorneys supported by more than 100 staff. Practice Areas & Expertise Insurance and liability defense, covering PIP/no-fault, fraud investigations (SIU), bodily injury, uninsured motorist, homeowners/property claims, workers’ compensation, medical malpractice, and coverage disputes / General commercial litigation, appellate advocacy, data analytics, construction law, labor & employment, corporate law, and healthcare litigation Why join us?- This is a remote first company with multiple offices in all major cities

- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to inform case strategy.
- Draft motions, discovery requests, and other legal documents with precision.
- Attend hearings, depositions, and mediations effectively representing our clients.
- Manage a diverse caseload while ensuring timely and accurate case progress.
- Collaborate with clients and the legal team to develop comprehensive legal strategies.
- Ability to work with little supervision; prioritizes and anticipates work needs; works well under occasional periods of pressure and short deadlines.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in construction defect litigation.
- Must be in good standing with the Florida Bar.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple cases.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Must be willing and able to bill
