Position: Line Cook / Prep Cook

We are seeking a long-term relationship with someone that would be invested in our team as well as be a customer focused ambassador of our restaurant. We will provide the mentoring, training, tools, and consistent feedback needed to become a successful member of our team. You would primarily cook on a flattop griddle. Other duties include making sandwiches, salads, preparing orders, cleaning the entire restaurant, and food prep. Your schedule would mainly consist of shifts lasting 2 to 5 hours. You need to be available Tuesdays through Sundays between 9:30 AM and 9 PM. You would work 4 to 6 shifts per week. You would work 18 to 28 hours per week. Your starting wage will be $17.75 per hour plus “pooled” cash tips of at least $3 per hour.

· Follow all laws, regulations and policies

· Provide outstanding customer service via your food preparation and presentation

· Consistent detailed follow though ensuring all processes and procedures are completed as per our high standards

· Constantly project a great attitude

· Effectively communicating to prevent operational obstacles and people issues as well as promptly resolving them

· Be able to memorize multiple orders simultaneously while cooking without reading tickets or screens

· Energetic superb work ethic

· Ability to multitask quickly and effectively in a high volume and fast paced work environment

· Complete tasks individually as well as work in a team environment

· Exceptional cleanliness and organization

· Uncompromising attendance and punctuality

· Available to work Friday, Saturday and Sunday
