Per Diem Registered Nurse - Short Stay Observation (3 Mandell)

Position Summary We are seeking a per diem Registered Nurse to join the team within our Post Anesthesia Care Observation Unit on 3 Mandell. Key Responsibilities Caring for post-surgical pediatric patients Working collaboratively in a family-centered environment. Ability to work a Day/Night rotation. Primarily 12-hour shifts, with some flexibility needed for 8- and 10-hour shifts. Weekend requirement will include Friday nights and/or Saturday days. No Sundays, no on-call requirements currently. Holidays are required. Minimum Qualifications Education A Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Experience Minimum of 2 years of inpatient Boston Children’s Hospital RN experience or 2 years of other pediatric inpatient experience. Post-surgical care experience preferred. Licensure/Certifications Current Massachusetts license as a Registered Nurse Benefits The posted pay range is Boston Children’s reasonable and good‑faith expectation for this pay at the time of posting.
