Contract | Travel | 13-Week Assignment | Nights (7:30 PM – 6:00 AM) | 7 On / 7 Off | Onsite
Key Responsibilities
- Perform order verification and medication final verification in an inpatient pharmacy setting
- Conduct clinical dosing per established guidelines and document clinical tasks in pharmacy software
- Support overnight pharmacy operations as the sole overnight pharmacist on duty
- Operate and manage medications through Pyxis machines and CII safe systems
- Collaborate with a team of pharmacists and technicians across unit dose, IV, satellite, and specialty areas
Required Qualifications
- Active Colorado Pharmacist license
- Minimum of 6 months acute care hospital pharmacist experience
- Proficiency with Pyxis machines and CII safe equipment
- Familiarity with EMR systems (Meditech and/or Vigilanz preferred)
Preferred Experience / Skills
- ACLS and BLS certification
- PGY1 Pharmacy Residency completion
- Prior inpatient pharmacy experience beyond minimum requirement
