BAYADA Home Health Care is currently seeking  Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to join the team in Yadkin County. BAYADA’s special needs caregivers - Direct Support Professionals DSPs - work one-on-one in home and community settings as a companion and mentor for individuals with intellectual or developmental disability to help them reach their full potential. How You’ll Make an Impact:

• Provide personal care assistance (dressing, grooming, etc.)
• Accompany clients on errands and appointments
• Spend time on the client’s favorite hobbies and activities
• Assist with everyday tasks, such as meal preparation
• Participate in community integration activities

Compensation & Schedule:

• Competitive pay rates with a weekly pay schedule
• Pay: $15.00 +(based on experience)
• Flexible scheduling (Part-time flexible, PRN, weekends, and various shifts)
• Short commute times (we try to match opportunities near your home)

Qualifications for Our Support Professionals:

• One year experience working with intellectual and development disabilities
• High school diploma or equivalent
