Benefits Manager (Retirement and Leaves)

Job Description We’re seeking a Benefits Manager – Retirement and Leaves to join our ever‑evolving Benefits team and help us unleash the potential of every business. Eligibility This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship now or in the future. Candidates must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder. Location & Format Hybrid: 3 days per week in our Atlanta, GA office. This position is not eligible for remote work. The Benefits Manager will empower end‑to‑end ownership of benefit programs, improve processes, and enhance partnerships and collaboration with internal and external partners. What You’ll Own as the Benefits Manager Manage the development and execution of national benefits strategy and day‑to‑day operations for the 401(k) plan and absence management programs Coordinate with record keepers, TPAs, auditors, legal counsel, payroll and HRIS teams on day‑to‑day operations and escalations Review plan documents, amendments, SPDs, administrative procedures and operational processes for compliance risks Assist with preparation and review of committee materials, compliance reporting, and audit support documentation Develop and execute well‑planned communication strategies to educate team members Manage and coach direct reports Other related duties assigned as needed What You’ll Bring Bachelor’s degree in business or human resources or the equivalent combination of education, training, or 10+ years work experience Demonstrated influence and partnering skills (with Legal, Procurement, Finance partners, vendor relationships) Oral and written communication skills relating to all management levels, vendors and plan participants Experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, or integration activities Experience partnering with TPAs, record keepers, auditors, actuaries, and legal counsel Strong working knowledge of Workday EEOC Statement Worldpay is an equal opportunity employer.
