Base Pay Range $16.00/hr - $23.00/hr What You’ll Do Collaborate with other associates to build a strong meat team; communicate with teammates and adapt to business needs. Demonstrate expertise in product safety, sanitation, inventory management, and equipment maintenance; prepare meat products to established standards. Leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement. Ensure operational excellence by maintaining work areas, complying with quality and date control standards, and eliminating waste. Advocate for the department and club by modeling high‑quality service and products, executing basic tasks at the highest level of quality, and exhibiting energy, commitment, and passion. Follow company policies, procedures, and ethics; use the Open Door Policy and implement related action plans. Complete work assignments, collaborate with managers and co‑workers, identify priorities, and adapt to change and feedback. Preferred Qualifications At least 18 years of age.
