Technical DirectorThe Opportunity:The SEME Technical Director will support the design, development, integration, and evolution of the SegregatedEnterprise Mission Environment (SEME), an enterprise-wide, cloud-enabled warfighting environment built to be data-centric, automated, transport agnostic, and highly secure. This role will lead complex product engineering activities across tactical edge, cloud, network, subsystem, and mission integration efforts. The Technical Director will work closely with government stakeholders, engineering teams, mission partners, and operational users to translate real-world mission needs into technical requirements, architectures, and deployable solutions. The ideal candidate has experience leading engineering teams in Agile and DevSecOps environments, integrating cloud and edge technologies, supporting mission networks, and delivering secure, resilient capabilities in operationally constrained environments, including Denied, Degraded, Intermittent, and Limited bandwidth conditions.Join us. The projected compensation range for this position is $99,000.00 to $225,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
