FULL-TIME UNIT MANAGER (LPN) Pines Village – 66-Bed Skilled Nursing Unit

Pines Village is seeking a dedicated, experienced, and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to lead our 66-bed Skilled Nursing Unit. This full-time leadership position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on resident care while supporting and developing a strong clinical team.

The Unit Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily clinical operations of the skilled nursing unit, ensuring high-quality resident care, regulatory compliance, staff supervision, and effective communication with residents, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members.

• Manage and coordinate daily nursing operations for a 66-bed skilled nursing unit.
• Supervise, mentor, and support nursing staff.
• Oversee payroll and scheduling of team members
• Conduct performance reviews in a timely manner while providing key feedback for success for team members
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and facility regulations.
• Monitor resident care plans and clinical outcomes.
• Conduct resident assessments and participate in care planning.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and resident transitions.
• Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives.
• Foster a positive, resident-centered environment.

• Current LPN license in good standing.
• Long-term care/skilled nursing experience required.
• Previous management or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of state and federal regulations related to long-term care.
