Job Responsibilities

• Perform thorough patient assessments, including detailed physical examinations and comprehensive medical history evaluations
• Assist in assessing and diagnosing surgical conditions utilizing imaging and laboratory results

• Provide intraoperative assistance through preparation of operating rooms, ensuring optimal patient positioning, and effectively managing surgical instruments during procedures
• Deliver outstanding pre- and post-operative care, encompassing medication management, wound care, discharge planning, and patient education efforts

Educational Requirements

• Master's degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program
• Clinical rotations with an emphasis on surgical experience are strongly preferred

Certification Requirements

• Current and unrestricted certification as PA-C
• BLS and ACLS certification mandatory
• State licensure (or eligibility) as a Physician Assistant
