Seeking a Senior Sales Support Associate - Structured to manage transactional workflow from application submission through documentation, audit, and final booking.

We are seeking Senior Sales Support Associate for large ticket structured transactions provides critical support to the sales team and delivers front-line customer service in a fast-paced environment. This role is responsible for managing documentation preparation, transaction processing, and ensuring all requirements are completed to successfully close and book deals.

Responsibilities

• Manage transactional workflow from application submission through documentation, audit, and final booking
• Coordinate with vendors, partners, dealers, and internal sales teams to ensure smooth transaction execution
• Communicate directly with customers to gather required documentation and facilitate deal closure
• Collaborate with customers and legal teams to review and negotiate contract terms, including non-standard requests
• Support sales teams by managing contract details and providing updates on transaction progress
• Ensure compliance with applicable requirements for leases and loan documentation
• Identify and resolve transaction-related issues and customer challenges
• Assist with pipeline management and provide input into sales forecasting
• Work cross-functionally with sales and contract management teams
• Maintain high standards of accuracy, quality, and service delivery
• Support structured transactions and sales initiatives
• Provide training and guidance to new team members

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Experience in financial services or related industry preferred
• Experience with large ticket or structured transactions preferred
