With more than 10 years of serving our community, our office has grown into a close-knit team that truly feels like family. We currently have three full-time and two part-time team members who bring energy, collaboration, and genuine care to our work every day.

Im a graduate of the University of South Carolina with a degree in Business, and Ive built this agency around service, integrity, and connection. We enjoy creating an environment where people feel supported and valuedfrom offering drinks, snacks, and a full coffee bar to celebrating small traditions that bring us together. One of our favorites is Thankful Thursday, where we rotate preparing a meal and share lunch as a team.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
At Shannon Rikard - State Farm Agent, we are looking for a motivated Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member who is eager to contribute to the continued success of our agency. In this role, youll engage directly with customers to understand their unique situations, offer coverage solutions that provide real value, and support them with excellent service throughout the process. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prospect and connect with potential customers to expand the agencys reach.
• Provide clear explanations of insurance options, helping customers make informed decisions.
• Nurture long-term relationships through consistent follow-up and customer care.
• Manage customer files accurately and handle policy servicing needs.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills.
• Background in sales or customer service is preferred but not required.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to achieve results.
• Organized and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
