Senior Clinical Research Associate - CNS/Psychiatry (US, Central)

Senior Clinical Research Associate position managing research activities at clinical trial sites in CNS/Psychiatry studies. Responsibilities include site selection, study initiation, regulatory compliance, and site closeout across remote and regional in-person activities.
Responsibilities
- Manage research activities and site compliance for clinical trial participants
- Conduct study initiation visits and coordinate regulatory document collection
- Train sites on data collection procedures and safety event reporting requirements
- Monitor site activities during study execution and manage closeout activities
- Ensure informed consent procedures and regulatory adherence across all sites
Requirements
- 5+ years experience as a Clinical Research Associate
- 4-year university degree or nursing degree required
- CNS/Neurology and/or Psychiatry experience required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CTMS, and EDC systems
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
- Reside in Central United States with willingness to travel regionally
Compensation: $97,000 - $193,000 annually
