Digital Asset Pioneers is a sovereignty‐focused education and media brand creating content around Bitcoin, DeFi, and financial independence. We’re looking for a creative  Short‐Form Videographer & Content Creator who can help us batch high‐impact content in 1–2 shoot days and turn it into a large bank of clips for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.

This is a project‐based contractor role ideal for someone who lives in the Orlando area and understands how native short‐form content works on social platforms.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute 1–2  high‐efficiency shoot days (4–6 hours each) with our founder in Orlando, either on location (our space) or at a professional studio.
• Film vertical‐friendly content: talking‐head clips, quick tips, myth‐busting, and behind‐the‐scenes content optimized for TikTok and Reels.
• Help  generate ideas, hooks, and basic scripts based on our themes (Bitcoin, digital sovereignty, DeFi, financial independence).
• Provide light on‐set direction so the founder feels confident and we get clean, punchy takes.
• Capture both A‐roll and simple B‐roll that can be reused across multiple clips.
• Either:
• • Deliver organized raw footage (clearly labeled by topic/outfit),  and/or
  • Edit a batch of short‐form videos (15–60 seconds) with basic cuts, captions, and on‐brand text.

What we’re looking for

• Proven experience creating  short‐form social content (TikTok, Reels, Shorts) as a shooter and/or editor – portfolio or examples required.
• Strong understanding of:
• • Hooks in the first 1–3 seconds
  • Native, scroll‐stopping short‐form styles
  • Framing and lighting for vertical video.
• Comfortable giving light direction on camera positioning, pacing, and retakes.
• Basic to intermediate editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar) so you know what good edits should look like even if you don’t do heavy post‐production.
• Interest in or familiarity with  Bitcoin, crypto, or online education is a strong plus.
• Based in or near Orlando, FL, with the ability to travel to our location and/or local studios.

Project scope & timing

• Initial engagement:
• • 1–2 shoot days (4–6 hours each) scheduled within the next 4–6 weeks.
• Deliverables (to be finalized based on your skills):
• • Target: 30–60 short‐form clips from the first content block (if you’re editing), or
  • Fully organized raw footage ready for our editor (if you’re only shooting).

Compensation

• This is a  contract, project‐based role .
• We are targeting a total budget  under 3,000for the first production block (shoot + either edited clips or well‐organized raw footage).

  • Your  rate or package for editing X short‐form clips (e.g., 20, 40, 60 videos)
  • What you can realistically deliver within that budget.
