Homecare Referral Coordinator – Lakewood, WA Full‑time position at the Korean Women’s Association. Responsibilities focus on centralized intake, tracking, and follow‑up of homecare referrals. Improve conversion rates and customer service using WellSky and CRM tools. Pay $22.00–$24.00 per hour. Includes medical, dental, vision, 401(k), life insurance, paid time off, paid training, and 11 paid holidays after one year. Key responsibilities: Screening and assessment of referral sources. Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of all referral activity. Respond promptly to referral sources and prospective clients. Collaborate with regional teams to ensure no opportunities are missed. Use reporting and analytics tools to improve service access. Qualifications: Experience with homecare referral systems and homecare contracting in Washington State. Knowledge of Long‑Term Services and Supports (LTSS) and community‑based care programs. Associate degree in healthcare administration or social services; bachelor’s preferred. Two years of experience in healthcare, homecare, or case‑management intake coordination.
