Now Hiring: Sandwich Artist® – 2nd Shift

Locally-Owned Subway Restaurants | Iowa City & Surrounding Areas

Our Subway restaurants are looking to expand our team! We are locally-owned restaurants looking for friendly and hard-working team members willing to grow with us. We offer flexible schedules, the ability to grow in new skills, competitive pay, and more! Our goal is to create an environment where team members are able to develop and be offered an opportunity to grow into management within our family of restaurants in Iowa City and surrounding areas.

Immediate raises & advancement available based on skills & knowledge.

Applicants with an independent and entrepreneurial spirit are an especially great fit for the Sandwich Artist® role. Additionally, your attention to detail will deliver a sandwich neatly and in a timely manner to all customers.

2nd Shift Hours Available

We're currently hiring for 2nd shift, with the following shift options:

• 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM
• 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• 6:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Job Responsibilities

• Fast, friendly, and efficient customer service to every customer — whether online, on the phone, or in person
• Accurate money and inventory controls, including running a Point-of-Sale system
• Keeping a clean store, including daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning tasks
• Opening or closing the location for the business day
• Ability to take direction from the actively engaged franchisee, Store Director, and Shift Supervisors
• Tipped position
• Frequent customer service bonuses

Expected Hours

20–40 hours per week

Pay & Benefits

• $13–$17 per hour (tips included, with a tip rate of $2–$3/hour)
