Junior Account Manager

Why this role exists:  This is an entry-level, on-site position that supports assigned customer accounts while developing relationship-management and business-growth skills. The role is designed for a people-oriented candidate who enjoys working in a collaborative environment and communicating directly with others.

This is a hands-on, in-person position. This is not a remote position. Team members work on site and should be comfortable with regular face-to-face interaction with customers, clients, attendees, community members, partners, and/or coworkers depending on the assignment.

A typical day may include:

1. Build relationships with customers through regular personal interaction

2. Assist with account needs, presentations, and follow-up

3. Coordinate internal resources to support customers

4. Identify appropriate retention and growth opportunities
