Our client is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Orthopaedic Surgeon to join a growing, hospital-employed practice in Ashland, Kentucky. This opportunity offers a strong compensation package, excellent support, and an established patient base within a large regional referral center serving over 750,000 people. Position Overview: Join a collegial team of six Orthopaedic Surgeons Shared call rotation Large, established referral base from 40+ primary care clinics On-site imaging, diagnostics, and full hospital support Recently renovated campus with new ER and Imaging Department Broad range of specialties available at the facility Compensation & Benefits: Base salary guarantee: $725,000 Productivity bonus: $69 per wRVU Quality & customer satisfaction bonuses Sign-on bonus: $75,000 Student loan repayment: $75,000 (over 3 years) CME allowance: $5,000 + 1 week CME Paid vacation: 6 weeks annually Comprehensive benefits: medical, dental, vision, life, and disability Paid malpractice coverage Submission Requirements: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopaedic Surgery - Required Active Kentucky medical license - Required (or ability to obtain) Strong surgical and clinical skills Commitment to quality, patient-centered care About the Area: Ashland, Kentucky is a charming community of 25,000 nestled along the Ohio River.
