• The selected candidate will serve as the on-site Medical Director, dedicating 90% of their time to clinical care and 10% to administrative responsibilities.

As a leader in our Palliative Care team, you will:

• Foster strong relationships with referring physicians, pinpoint areas for enhancing patient care, and boost the efficiency and effectiveness of our services.

• Ensure adherence to legal, regulatory, and clinical standards and procedures.

• Exemplify best practices and actively mentor team members and learners.

• Collaborate with relevant parties to ensure the implementation of palliative clinical protocols, utilization reviews, case management, quality assurance, and compliance programs in line with hospital policies.

This position offers a salary range of $225,000 - $300,000 .
