CNC Milling Machine Operator

Milacron is looking for a CNC Milling Machine Operator to join our team in Mount Orab, OH. In this position, you will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC milling equipment to machine metal components used in plastics processing machinery, ensuring parts meet quality, safety, and delivery requirements.

Work You'll Do:

Set up and operate CNC milling machines per blueprints, work orders, and specifications. Select, install, and adjust tooling, speeds, feeds, and machine settings. Monitor machining operations and troubleshoot issues during production. Inspect and measure finished parts to ensure conformance to specifications. Perform routine machine maintenance and follow all safety standards.

Qualifications:

Must Have:

• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• One or more years of hands-on CNC machining experience, completion of a machining certificate program, or a combination of training and experience.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and work instructions.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and shop math skills.
• Ability to work 3rd shift (11pm7am) and train on 1st shift as required.

Nice to Have:

• Experience operating CNC milling machines in a manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with routine machine maintenance and inspection tools.
• Basic proficiency with standard computer applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
