Youth Housing Navigator - Rapid Rehousing

Oasis Center is hiring a Case Manager in Nashville, TN to assist young adults facing homelessness in achieving stable housing and self-sufficiency. You will provide essential services, including housing navigation and life skills training. This position requires a Bachelor's degree and relevant experience. Key responsibilities include managing a caseload, assisting within the Rapid Re-Housing Program, and collaborating with community partners to connect youth with valuable resources.
