We are a high-performing private dental practice near Downtown Dallas seeking a compassionate, clinically confident dentist to join our team in a long-term leadership and ownership-track role. Our established practice has built a strong reputation for personalized patient care, advanced treatment planning, and comprehensive dentistry. Position Highlights

• Collaborate with an experienced team of doctors and highly trained dental assistants
• Provide comprehensive dental services including restorative dentistry, implants, and full-mouth treatment planning
• Primarily practice at the Washington Ave location, with optional opportunities at the Abrams location

Ideal Candidate

• 2-3 years of experience preferred or completion of an AEGD/GPR program
• Strong communication skills with a patient-focused approach
• Comfortable with comprehensive treatment planning, restorative dentistry, and implants
