Concrete Laborer – Entry Level
Primetime Concrete
Primetime Concrete is looking for a reliable, motivated laborer to join our team. This is a hands-on, outdoor job working on residential and light commercial concrete projects. No prior concrete experience is required — we are willing to train the right person.
What You’ll Do
- Assist with basic concrete work such as forming, grading, and site preparation
- Help place rebar and materials as directed
- Use basic hand tools (training provided)
- Lift and carry materials (up to 50 lbs)
- Keep job sites clean, safe, and organized
- Help keep work trucks clean and organized
What We’re Looking For
- Willingness to learn and work hard
- Dependable and shows up on time
- Able to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Able to take direction and work as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license required
Nice to Have (But Not Required)
- Any construction or labor experience
- Familiarity with tools or outdoor work
