This is a multi-disciplinary role. This role blends strategy, analytics, and campaign execution across core digital marketing channels such as SEO, AEO, paid search, and conversion optimization.Requirements2+ years of full-time experience working in an agency environment, or in a digital marketing roleStrategy, planning, implementation, and ongoing management of organic and paid search engine marketing for all major digital platformsKeyword research and analysisClient Search Engine ranking analysis and reportingMonitoring and managing daily progress of search and social marketing campaign details including strategy and implementation, copywriting, budgets, and reportingTrend analysis and Web Analytics interpretation to make appropriate campaign strategy adjustmentsExcellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skillsSome familiarity with A/B and multivariate experimentsPreferred: experience in SEO/AEO strategy and content developmentAvailability to work in-office in Bloomington, MN on Tuesdays and Thursdays.ResponsibilitiesOwn the strategy and performance outcomes for assigned client marketing programsExecute client-focused marketing tasks such as SEO optimization, paid media management, and content collaborationManage and adjust digital marketing campaigns to meet client goalsCollaborate with teams to integrate client strategiesMeet project scope, timelines, and client quality standardsSet-up benchmarking to track, report, and analyze KPI's and initiativesConduct buyer persona workshops to gain and give insight into the client's customersDevelop key messaging for marketing and online promotional channelsHelp educate and coach clients on choices, decisions, and directionsAnalyze campaign performance and report findings and recommendations to both clients and internal teamsManage a diverse growing roster of clientsWe have a very exciting opportunity to join our digital marketing team at August Ash as a Digital Marketing Strategist.
