NCUS TEC is seeking an experienced and motivated Part-Time Pharmacy Technician Instructor to deliver a 32-hour Pharmacy Technician training program over a 4-week period. The instructor will be responsible for teaching aspiring pharmacy technicians, facilitating engaging classroom instruction, supporting student success, and preparing participants for entry-level employment opportunities within the healthcare and pharmacy industry. Key Responsibilities: Deliver pharmacy technician curriculum in an engaging and professional manner. Teach foundational topics including pharmacy operations, medication safety, prescription processing, pharmacy calculations, customer service, and healthcare regulations. Facilitate classroom discussions, hands-on activities, and practical exercises. Monitor student attendance, participation, and academic progress. Provide coaching, mentoring, and academic support to participants. Evaluate student performance through assessments and assignments. Maintain accurate classroom records and communicate regularly with NCUS TEC staff regarding student progress. Requirements Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) credential preferred. Minimum of 2 years of pharmacy experience in a retail, hospital, or healthcare setting. Previous training, teaching, or workforce development experience preferred.
