Education Requirements High school diploma or GED required. Basic understanding of quality control processes, inspection procedures, and manufacturing documentation. Ability to accurately record and maintain inspection and quality records.

Experience Requirements Minimum of 2 years of forklift experience required. Previous experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, quality control, or inspection environment preferred. Experience identifying defects, non-conforming materials, and quality issues. Comfortable using computers for data entry, quality documentation, and reporting.

Preferred Qualifications Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments. Experience using Excel, Quality Management Systems (QMS), and other quality tracking tools. High attention to detail and commitment to product quality and compliance. Ability to follow established procedures and support continuous improvement initiatives. Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.

Physical Capabilities Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shift. Ability to safely operate a forklift and move materials as needed. Ability to lift, carry, and handle materials in a manufacturing or warehouse environment. Strong visual acuity for conducting inspections and identifying defects. Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment while maintaining accuracy.

Job Duties Perform quality inspections on finished goods, raw materials, and work-in-process products to ensure compliance with company and customer specifications. Document inspection results and maintain accurate quality records and reports. Identify, segregate, and report non-conforming materials and products. Support corrective action processes and assist with quality investigations. Verify products meet internal standards, customer requirements, and quality expectations. Communicate quality concerns to production, engineering, and leadership teams. Operate a forklift to transport materials and support quality inspection activities. Follow all company safety policies and contribute to a safe and organized work environment. Assist with audits, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives as assigned.
