Multi Clinic Manager

$95.51k - $124.52k
Full-time

Clinical Management Consultants

For an accomplished ambulatory leader ready to shape care across a regional outpatient network, this Multi Clinic Manager opportunity offers the breadth, visibility, and influence that make a career move worthwhile. The role combines multi-clinic leadership with direct impact on access, team performance, provider engagement, and the patient experience within a community-focused healthcare organization serving Eastern Oregon.

The healthcare organization offers a collaborative practice environment where experienced leaders can build durable partnerships with clinicians, nursing colleagues, and operational stakeholders. Executive support, thoughtful onboarding, stable interdisciplinary relationships, and respect for clinician autonomy create the foundation for effective leadership. The incoming manager will join a culture centered on accountability, practical problem-solving, and long-term professional growth rather than layers of unnecessary bureaucracy.

Across ambulatory clinics, primary care clinics, and specialty clinic operations, the Multi Clinic Manager will oversee multiple outpatient locations with distinct workflows, staffing needs, and patient populations. This leader will have meaningful autonomy to align daily operations, strengthen access and throughput, guide provider and staff leadership, and maintain consistent standards across the network. Working closely with physicians and frontline teams, the manager will translate strategic priorities into practical improvements while retaining the flexibility each practice requires. The position carries genuine operational ownership , including quality improvement, workforce planning, service coordination, and the development of reliable patient-centered processes.

Reporting to senior leadership, this Ambulatory Clinic Manager will serve as a visible connection between executive priorities and day-to-day practice performance. Responsibilities include coaching clinic leaders, supporting staff development, evaluating operational outcomes, addressing barriers to care delivery, and advancing organizational goals across sites. Productive relationships with physicians will be essential, as will close collaboration with nursing leadership, finance, human resources, scheduling, revenue cycle, and ancillary departments. For a leader who values strategic influence without losing touch with frontline operations, the role provides decision-making authority and broad exposure to the full ambulatory enterprise.

Eastern Oregon offers a lifestyle that is increasingly difficult to find: open space, manageable commutes, close-knit communities, and immediate access to year-round outdoor recreation. Mountains, forests, rivers, and high-desert landscapes support hiking, skiing, fishing, cycling, and hunting, while the region’s agricultural character contributes to an authentic local dining culture. Families value the approachable pace and community atmosphere, and professionals often find that housing and daily life are more accessible than in larger Pacific Northwest markets. This is an appealing setting for candidates seeking career scope with room to breathe .

The Multi Clinic Manager will receive a competitive compensation range based on experience and the final scope of responsibility, supported by a comprehensive executive healthcare benefits package. Anticipated offerings include medical, dental, and vision coverage; retirement benefits; paid time off; continuing education support; and access to leadership development resources. Experienced practice management and ambulatory services leaders are invited to explore the opportunity confidentially. Connect with a Clinical Management Consultants recruiter to discuss how this position could become the next defining chapter of your leadership career.
