The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a front-of-store leader to promote an excellent customer experience and mentor Associates on loyalty programs at TJ Maxx in Germantown, TN. You will lead by example, maintain a clean and organized store, and coordinate POS coverage and breaks to ensure smooth operations.
