Tax Manager

We are a growing CPA firm in North Phoenix seeking a Tax Manager / Senior Tax Manager / Tax Director to join our team and help drive tax planning, consulting, and compliance. This full‑time leadership position will oversee multiple client engagements, build client relationships, and provide guidance to tax staff. Salary: $90,000–$120,000 per year, commensurate with qualifications. Key Responsibilities Provide innovative tax planning, consulting, and compliance services. Manage tax engagements and workload efficiently. Manage client expectations. Prepare corporate, partnership, individual, and trust and estate tax returns. Provide leadership to Tax Accountants and Staff. Handle IRS and state notices. Maintain knowledge of changing tax regulations. Experience and Knowledge Licensed CPA. 5+ years of relevant tax experience in public accounting. Experience preparing forms 1065, 1120, 1120S, 1041, and 1040. Creative thinker who provides value and ideas to clients and the firm. Supervisory and training experience of 2+ years preferred. Ability to review work prepared by tax accountants. Proficient in corporate, partnership, and individual taxation. Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills for managing multiple client engagements. Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Experience with UltraTax preferred but not required. #J-18808-Ljbffr
