Teller

Teller Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour, depending on experience We are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Teller to provide outstanding service to members while processing a variety of financial transactions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering an excellent customer experience. What You'll Do Welcome members in person and over the phone, providing professional, courteous, and efficient service. Process a variety of financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, transfers, and other account-related requests. Verify transaction accuracy and review documents for completeness and compliance. Assist members with account maintenance, including address changes and other account updates. Handle cashier's checks, money orders, and other financial service transactions. Research and assist with debit card and ATM-related requests, coordinating with internal departments as needed. Maintain and balance a cash drawer accurately at the end of each day. Educate members on available products and services and identify opportunities to refer solutions that fit their financial needs. Build strong member relationships through exceptional service and effective communication. Maintain knowledge of policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements while ensuring confidentiality of sensitive information. Support branch operations and assist with additional projects and responsibilities as assigned. What We're Looking For Previous cash handling, teller, banking, retail, or customer service experience preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable using computer systems and technology.
