Registered Nurse - ICU

Job Summary:

Provide critical nursing care to ICU patients on a per diem basis, ensuring high-quality patient outcomes. Adapt to a fast-paced environment with flexibility for strike assignments and variable scheduling.

Responsibilities:

• 
  Assess and monitor patient conditions continuously, responding promptly to any changes.
  
  
• 
  Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  
  
• 
  Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement care plans.
  
  
• 
  Document patient progress and interventions accurately in accordance with hospital protocols.
  
  
• 
  Maintain compliance with all regulatory and hospital requirements.
  
  
• 
  Complete and update full compliance profiles within two weeks of assignment start date.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Current licensure as a Registered Nurse.
  
  
• 
  Experience in critical care, preferably in an ICU setting.
  
  
• 
  Ability to work 12-hour shifts on a per diem, strike basis.
  
  
• 
  Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  
  
• 
  Demonstrate adaptability and resilience in a dynamic clinical environment.
  
  
• 
  Meeting minimum compliance requirements prior to start.
