Responsibilities Manage 2‑4 projects concurrently with values of $10‑15 M annually. Assist the Project Manager with project financials and job profitability. Manage and communicate change orders, purchase orders, and invoices. Facilitate and execute contract administration responsibilities for RFIs, submittals, change management, and claim mitigation. Maintain daily communication with project teammates. Partner with the superintendent to co‑develop a master schedule and ensure it is updated weekly. Requirements 3+ years of relevant construction project management experience. Embrace and fully protect our core values—Trust, Integrity, Humility, Respect, Passion, and Courage. Knowledge and proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, and preferably Procore. Leadership skills, including self‑awareness, time management, positivity, assertiveness, delegation, negotiation, and organization. Willingness to travel to projects locally and nationally as needed. Valid driver’s license. Ability to remain in a stationary position 95% of the time. Ability to operate a computer and associated office equipment (keyboards, copy machines, printers).
