We are seeking a motivated and detailed oriented Sales Assistant to join our growing team and support our talent acquisition efforts.The Sales Assistant will support both the sales and recruitment process. This role involves close collaboration with Sales and Sales Management Team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong sense of urgency, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesGain proficiency in Epicor ERP System and HubSpot CRM System to manage and create customer data, tracking sales opportunities, and maintain accurate records.Support the Sales Team and Sales Managers by providing cost and pricing information as needed.Assist in the preparation of sales reports, including tracking and reviewing canceled orders.Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address sales-related questions or concerns.Provide recruiting support as needed, including sourcing potential candidates through various platforms and online tools.Assist with maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.Partner with sales management team to understand web leads, sales activity, and staffing requirements.Maintain strong communication with team members and management to support both sales initiatives and recruiting efforts.Perform other duties as assigned.CompetenciesBusiness Acumen - Understands business implications of decisions; Displays orientation to profitability; Demonstrates knowledge of market and competition; Aligns work with strategic goals.Judgement - Displays willingness to make decisions; Exhibits sound and accurate judgment; Supports and explains reasoning for decisions; Includes appropriate people in decision-making process; Makes timely decisions.Planning/Organizing - Prioritizes and plans work activities; Uses time efficiently; Plans for additional resources; Sets goals and objectives; Organizes or schedules their tasks; Develops realistic action plans for meeting metrics.Professionalism - Approaches others in a tactful manner; Reacts well under pressure; Treats others with respect and consideration regardless of their status or position; Follows through on commitments.Adaptability - Adapts to changes in the work environment; Manages competing demands; Changes approach or method to best fit the situation; Able to deal with frequent change or unexpected events.QualificationsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
