Residential Service Technician

EcoWater Systems is seeking a Residential Service Technician to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair residential water treatment equipment including water softeners, reverse osmosis systems, whole-home filtration systems, and related products. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, customer-focused, and enjoys working independently while delivering exceptional service to homeowners.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Service, diagnose, and repair residential water treatment equipment.
Perform routine preventative maintenance and filter replacements.
Install new water softeners, drinking water systems, and filtration equipment.
Conduct water quality testing and educate homeowners on system performance.
Troubleshoot equipment issues and provide effective solutions.
Complete service documentation accurately and timely.
Maintain company vehicle, tools, and inventory.
Deliver outstanding customer service and maintain professional communication with customers.
Follow all company safety procedures and industry standards.
Participate in ongoing training and development programs.
Qualifications
Previous experience in plumbing, HVAC, appliance repair, water treatment, or related field preferred.
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to use hand and power tools safely.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and work in various residential environments.
Ability to work independently and manage a daily service schedule.
