Operations Supervisor

$20.5 - $24.5 per hour

Lunds & Byerlys Highway 7 is currently hiring for a vibrant and outgoing full-time Operations Supervisor to create a sensational shopping experience for our customers! This position works a full-time schedule and earns a competitive wage of $20.50-$24.50/hr. We operate 7 days/week and are open from 6:00am-10:00pm . For this position the employee would be scheduled a range of shifts between 6:00am-11:00pm.

OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR RESPONSIBILITIES

Our Operations Supervisors are responsible for a wide variety of tasks such as: Greeting and assisting customers Supervising and assisting front-end operations including: Scanning items Entering pricing data Processing payment Packaging groceries Resolving any checkout concerns Bookkeeping and payroll processing Assisting in coaching, mentoring, and training employees

MINMUM QUALIFICATIONS
