Our client is looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join their team and serve as a key point of contact for customers. This person will play a big role in creating a positive experience by handling inquiries, resolving issues, and supporting day-to-day operations. Our client is looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join their team and serve as a key point of contact for customers. This person will play a big role in creating a positive experience by handling inquiries, resolving issues, and supporting day-to-day operations. It's a great opportunity for someone who is proactive, personable, and enjoys problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and/or chat
- Respond to questions, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner
- Troubleshoot issues and provide effective, solution-oriented support
- Process orders, updates, and returns while ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
- Track order status and provide customers with updates and follow-up as needed
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in internal systems
- Partner with internal teams (operations, sales, logistics, etc.) to resolve issues and ensure a seamless experience
- Escalate more complex issues when needed and follow through to resolution
- Assist with general administrative tasks and support overall team operations
- Identify trends or recurring issues and proactively suggest improvements
- 1-3 years of customer service or support experience
- Strong communication skills-both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering a great customer experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Experience with CRM systems or order processing platforms is a plus
- Team-player attitude with the ability to work independently when needed
