You’ll analyze and understand the digital ad ecosystem, and provide guidance to the organization on important areas of opportunity. You are someone who can lead and influence cross-functional teams to develop solutions and implement requirements to solve meaningful problems, drive revenue, and support the growth of IAS products worldwide.As a Staff Product Manager - Social you will be responsible for one of the fastest growing, and most innovative product areas. As Product Manager, you will own and drive the strategy for our social media product suite, partnering with the biggest platforms like YouTube, Meta, and TikTok.We are specifically looking for someone with a background in social media platforms advertisement who deeply understands challenges and measurement from the social platform perspective. This role requires a product leader who can challenge the status quo, mentor peers, and share best practices to help elevate the broader product team.What you’ll get to do:Define the product strategy, roadmap, and go-to-market for the Programmatic verticalBecome the go-to leader for one or more products related to the programmatic vertical including context, reporting, workflows, and outcomesCollaborate with BD across partner integrations and drive IAS adoption and visibilityMarket research on trends in Programmatic and other channels such as In-app and CTVWork closely with Engineering and Data Science teams from initiation decision through release and future iterationsWork with Product Marketing on value propositions, positioning, promotions, and sales programs to help evangelize new and existing solutionsDevelop strong, positive relationships with Product team members, Engineering, Data Science counterparts, and Business stakeholders building IAS’s best-in-class portfolio of product offeringsBe a visible advocate and evangelist for your products internally and externallyDefine, track, and communicate to stakeholders the metrics and KPIs for your domain and use these metrics to inform and drive future product strategy and planningDevelop solution and execution strategies based on data and business objectivesYou should apply if you have most of this experience:6+ years of product management2+ years of social advertising experienceStrong technical and operational backgroundPassionate about having a strong impact and contributionWork well within an agile product development environment with an emphasis on continuous improvement and has bias for actionOutstanding analytical, and problem-solving abilities, along with an ability to collaborate cross functionallyDemonstrated ability to achieve project goals in an innovative and fast-paced environmentStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to communicate with a variety of different audiences, both internal and external to the organizationAbility to illustrate connections between investments made, work product, and business impactIAS Pay Transparency:The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location, and any additional locations are listed below. Our pay ranges are based on the work location. As part of IAS compensation package, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes paid time off, health insurance (medical, dental, vision) as well as PPO, HSA and FSA options and 401k with employer matching contributions. All full-time employee roles include competitive compensation and are eligible for an annual bonus and/or other incentive plans.
