This role will work closely with the Head of US Clinical on leading the execution of the US Clinical strategy and business plan while building and maintaining a high performance culture.You will help to manage client expectations while collaborating, mentoring and supporting US Clinical staff to ensure deliverables are met and accountability maximized.This is an exciting opportunity for a technically sound operational leader who thrives in high performing environments with a hybrid workforce.Key ResponsibilitiesLeads the execution of the Clinical strategy and business planBuilds and maintains a high-performance culture through championing effective performance, processes, communication, and coaching and development of staffProvides timely, relevant, and accurate reporting to the Head of US Clinical &/or Executive teamEffectively manages client and other stakeholder expectations through relevant communicationCoordinate and assign tasks to clinical personnel and ensure projects are compliant with Good Clinical Practice Guidelines (if applicable) to deliver high quality data to the study SponsorsImplement, and maintain strategies and training for CTM, CRA, and Clinical Support teamsRecommends, develops, and regularly facilitates innovative learning for Clinical Research Associates of all levels. Training should be evaluated regularly and updated as the needs of the business unit change. Facilitation is co-facilitated among the CRA Team LeadsAbout YouBachelor's degree in science related field, advanced degree preferred.5+ years' experience in clinical trial management or clinical operations managementA collaborative working style to be able to lead and motivate people at all levels and across all functions in an organizationStrong analytical thinking and problem-solving skillsCapable of working in a changing environment and under pressureDevelops new insights into situations and applies creative and fresh solutions to make improvementsAbility to identify new ideas, methodologies, different positions, and alternatives to improve clinical monitoring services of Clinical R&DSupports organizational goals and objectives aligned to strategic and/ or operations plansGathers key information essential to the planning and process of clinical trial managementWorks collaboratively with key stakeholders to streamline operations for maximum efficiency, automation, and effectiveness where appropriateWhy Join Argenta?At Argenta, we are building a culture of ownership where our people play a direct role in shaping the future of the organization.
